The boyfriend had the day off today which doesn’t happen very often. He has been promising me that we could go to the Historic Bok Sanctuary, it’s a place with gardens, and a famous singing tower, I had found it on the internet while searching for Florida attractions. I was very excited when he said that we could go today, not that he makes all the decisions but of course I didn’t want to drive almost two hours away and go there by myself.
I enjoyed the Sanctuary, it wasn’t AMAZING or anything but it was quite beautiful and only ten dollars a person. I took a lot of pictures which was my intention in the first place. I think James and I were the youngest people there because seriously everyone else was ancient, not that I don’t dig old people or anything…I actually think some old people are the shit! I think there was three grandpas that complemented James on his purse… Well actually, they were kinda laughing at him. Damn straight I made him carry my purse I had to take the pictures!
The Tower… Edward Bok’s grave is actually in front of the golden doors.

I love perfume. One reason being I like to smell nice, and it also comes in handy those days I forget to shower.
Secondly, I love all the pretty bottles! If it wasn’t for the unique bottles, I don’t think I’d like it as much as I do. Sometimes when I’m done with a perfume, I don’t even want to throw it away, but what the heck am I going to do with an empty bottle? Hmm…maybe I can add to my long list of collections. Sheesh, where am I gonna put all this crap I collect? Anyway back on topic… One day I had been browsing the internet and I stumbled upon this post listing their picks for the twenty prettiest perfume bottles. I thought “hey, I wanna do a post like that!” Well, I haven’t seen every perfume ever made so this is a list of MY top ten favorite perfume bottles.
TOP PICK:
Estée Lauder Beyond Paradise
Ever since I first saw Beyond Paradise while working at Walgreens, I thought the bottle was so pretty! I love it’s teardrop shape and the glass rainbow coloring, the round topper is very elegant. I can’t really say much about the scent, I only remember smelling it once and not liking it, but that was also a couple years ago.

Being a girly-girl it might seem odd that I’ve never been a huge shoe fan, I’ve always been into having more clothes, cosmetics, and perfume. Now that I’m a little older I’m not only gaining more interest in shoes, but I really love heels. The only problem is I always end up liking heels that are different colors and won’t match numerous outfits, and I hate wearing something once, it’s such a waste of money to me. If I like something enough I’ll just say “screw it, I gotta have it!”
That’s how I feel about these:

I WAAANT. I NEEEED.
They’re from Alloy, once I get some extra cash I may have to purchase them. They have the shoes matched up with this dress. I don’t really think it goes together, I’d probably just wear them with dark denim jeans skinny or bootleg with a knit top.
My Guess heels are another perfect example of shoes that are hard to match with outfits. I love them but can never wear them.
xoxo, Crystal
