When I first stumbled upon the “Plastic Body Series” jewelry by Margaux Lange, I thought the pieces were somewhat bizarre. But, being the doll lover I am I changed my mind and actually find the collection very unique and interesting.
From Hannah Zakari -
Margaux’s “Plastic Body Series” jewellery stems from a desire to re-purpose common materials (Barbie dolls!) in combination with metals. She takes pleasure in the contrast and contradiction of something mass-produced being transformed and revealed as a unique, handmade, wearable piece of art.
I really adore the “Have a Heart necklace” (Barbie boobs). I thought I’d be too afraid to wear a boobs necklace, but it’s not really all that provocative because Barbie doesn’t have any nipples! (I’ve always wondered why…?) Still, if I wore it I’d probably get a lot of attention!
Get it all here.

Again, I’ve managed to find more lust items that I’ll most likely never own… it’s the wonderful pieces of jewelry from the collaboration between Japanese brand Q-Pot and Disney. The collection is based on Mickey Mouse and Alice in Wonderland (almost everyone loves Alice?) It features amazing necklaces, rings, charms and other items that are making me wish I lived in Japan—they make the coolest stuff! My favorite pieces are the edgy Alice teardrop and Minnie Mouse rings. I’m thinking I could use Japan to door to a purchase the Minnie ring, it’s more affordable (around $150 US) than the Alice ring priced around $340 US. Has anyone ever used that site before? Otherwise, I could wait around and see if something pops up on eBay.
My favorites:
Alice Eat Me Necklace
Alice Teardrop Ring
Alice Drink Me Necklace
Alice Key Necklace

I’ve never actually taken a whiff of any Demeter Fragrance Library scents before. I guess they never jumped out at me because of the boring bottles. According to Marsadie they smell true to the scent they claim to be. They remind me of those little smellTHIS fragrances from back in the day. Remember those?
Anyway, I was browsing Sephora for perfumes one day and noticed they had a Hershey’s Reese’s scent. Who wants to smell like chocolate and peanut butter? The boyfriend is a sweets addict, but right now he’s on a diet so, if I wore Reese’s perfume I’d probably be running around the house trying to get away from him! Not only do they have Reese’s but they also have Junior Mints, Hershey’s Kisses, Tootsie Roll, and Hershey’s Dark chocolate.

Has anyone ever smelled these before? Maybe they could be good because they’re all oriental fragrances which is one of my favorite fragrance categories. They should put a disclaimer on the bottles: Do not wear to Weight Watchers meetings. OK, I’m trying to be funny and it’s not working. I’m really curious about these scents though.
