Today, the lover and I wasted three hours of our lives driving to Tampa to listen to some stupid sales pitch about available travel “For less.” They promised us one of numerous available gifts, including the possibility of a Lincoln Navigator or $39,000 cash, $2,500 cash, vacation to the Bahamas, or a 36″ flat screen television. We thought the television would be the consolation prize, but we ended up getting the vacation…go figure! You’re probably thinking “greedy hooker, what’s wrong with a free vacation?” Well, nothing really, except after everything is said and done it’s not really free. We’d both have to pay $150 dollars to go, which isn’t too bad but you can go on a cruise for around $400 dollars anyway. It just wasn’t worth listening to the obnoxious guy talk for an hour, and having the a-hole salesman question our relationship because James works a lot of hours. He even admitted he was being a smart ass! I think he was just acting like that because James and I are young…
Thankfully, the day wasn’t a total waste, because afterwards we went to the mall! James bought me some stuff from Wet Seal. Heck yes, I got me some new clothes and shoes. What I got:
And…here I am trying it on:

So, uh… I guess the hand on the hip and the other arm down is my signature pose. Haha. At first I didn’t even notice I was doing it in every picture!
I don’t know how I feel about the leggings or the pink pumps, they’re so 80’s! I do love the heels though, I think I’d rather wear them with some skinny jeans instead. As for the leggings, I’ll probably just browse Polyvore for some ideas on what to wear them with. I love that website, it’s so useful to me; whether I’m just looking for outfit ideas, too lazy to use Paint Shop Pro, or wanna save an outfit for future reference, I highly recommend Polyvore.
Looking at the pictures I think I need to start doing something about my bod! I mean, I’ve never been thin, my boobs make me look bigger, and I look good enough to work where I work, but I dread hitting the age when everything starts to sag! (I’m typing this while I eat the sundae James made me.) Damn James! I think he wants me to get fat! I really don’t eat a lot, I just eat the wrong things. I would like to start swimming because it’s great exercise and I think it’s fun. It’s definitely warm enough for it now (it’s been in the 80’s) but I just hate going to the pool alone. There is never anyone to go with me!
I’m done rambling for now.

Yesterday, I went shopping again, and spent too much money. I just checked my online banking and now I only have $50 dollars in my account. Oops! I’m not too worried about it though.
Anyhoo, just like Tashina, I like to show off my purchases, so here it goes…

1. - Barbie Tee by Junk Food. Purchased from Anchor Blue
I’ve always had a weakness for screen tees, especially ones with Barbie on them. I love the Barbie silhouette graphic. Screen tees are great for a casual look, They also show personality. I like layering them with a solid color tee.
2. - Sunnies…is what J refers to them as. These aren’t exactly like the pair I purchased, but are very similar. They’re huge, like the ones celebrities wear, and I had been wanting a pair like that for awhile. Also purchased at Anchor Blue.
3. - These undies from Fredrick’s Of Hollywood are so cute. I love the ruffles, and they look good on me. I should of purchased the matching bra, but, I was trying to watch my budget.
4. - Booty shorts also from Fredrick’s. I bought them in 3 colors: white, black, and red. Booty shorts are my favorite… I’m so over the butt floss.
5. - It’s the Fredrick’s Exxtreme Cleavage Bra and it’s one of my must haves! They’re great for big-breasted women who need a little uplift. They push my boobs up so much it makes them look fake! They comes in so many styles and colors, plus the size goes all the way up to an F! For thirty dollars, it’s cheaper than Victoria’s Secret.
6. - A nail buffer from “doo-doo-dooo…” Sephora. I swear I need to stay away from that store, I get depressed because I can’t buy every item they have.
I usually keep my nails natural, so a buffer was much needed. At five dollars it’s probably the cheapest item at Sephora.
7. - It’s the Urban Decay Primer Potion that everyone raves about! I figured I’d give it a try…I needed something to stop my eyeshadow from creasing. I should probably check out Maradie’s tutorial before I use it.
Yes. I shop way to much. But, I deserve it! My job stresses me out, and I need some kind of therapy. I really should start saving though. I would like to visit my hometown soon, I haven’t visited in over a year! I miss my mama.
Time for bed.

My older sister Rachel is due next month, and since I couldn’t be there for her baby shower I’m sending her some stuff in the mail. I went shopping today for the baby and I think I’m done. I had a blast looking at all the little girl stuff, it’s all so cute! Yup…she’s having another girl, it’s her third one. I wish I didn’t live so far away from her! I think babies are so much fun, and I practically helped raise her other two daughters. I miss my nieces so much.
Anyway, some pictures of the stuff I got for the babe:

I also got some of those drop in bottles with refills, and a couple sippy cups.
I should really get some more stuff but I think this is enough for now. Plus, whenever I ask her what she needs she never tells me! From what I heard she got a lot at her baby shower and people have been giving her stuff. She’s lucky that she got to have a baby shower for her third kid.
I feel bad for my sis…she works full time, goes to school, and the father of her kids in such a loser. He ‘d rather stay living at his moms house than move in with Rachel and be a family. Not to mention that he’s a perv and had pictures of me in one of his porno mags! It was awhile ago, but I still think it’s creepy. My sister even told me to delete him off my Myspace friends because she was worried he’d be looking at my pictures. It’s pathetic she has to worry about something like that. There is no trust. She should of kicked him to the curve ten years ago.
