I’ve been shopping too much lately! Once I get a little money I have a bad habit of spending it right away, not always, but lately I have. What else can I do to entertain myself? I don’t really have a lot of friends down here, and going other places by myself besides shopping is kinda boring and dangerous.
I had an incredible urge to go to M.A.C at the Countryside mall today, thanks to Tosha. I had read some information on her website about the brand, and she has posted incredible pictures, so I was tempted to buy some for myself. I have never owned any M.A.C before until today. I didn’t buy much from there, just one eyeshadow (I’m wearing it in the top picture) it’s called Stars N’ Rockets, and some brush cleaner.
What I really wanted to talk about was all the bargains I got today! I swear I went to the mall just to go to M.A.C, I promise! But… I ended up browsing around a couple other stores too, how can someone go to the mall and only walk in one store? Gosh, that sounded so stuck up and air headed but it’s true!

Today was my birthday. Yup. I turned 23 years old today…it’s crazy how fast time goes by, seems just like yesterday it was my 13th birthday party and I was playing hobo dress-up…

I would be the one on the left…funny how I look the craziest of all!
Today was great though, James came home this morning with a cake, balloons, roses, and a birthday card that I loved! It was one of those cards that plays music, and it was totally me! He’s great at picking out cards. I filmed a short video clip to show off the fabulous card…

I got my bebe catalog in the mail yesterday! I wish I had $5,000 dollars so I could buy everything in it, I love every single item! Most of the bebe stuff I own is their logo collection, the reason why I don’t buy their regular apparel is because the shirts are so tiny and the pants are very long, and I’m only 5′3…the stuff is also pretty expensive. I don’t care anymore though, after I get some extra cash (aren’t I always saying that?) I’m going to bebe and trying things on because these outfits are hot and so fashionable! I hate trying things on at the store but I can’t resist anymore, I love their spring collection! I scanned three of my favorite outfits from the catalog:
Left picture: I can’t express how much I love the white shirt with the belt. With the low cut neckline I think it looks classy but sexy at the same time. I like the shorts, but I don’t think I would feel comfortable going out with them being so short. I’m Sure I wouldn’t mind if I had that model’s legs! The shoes are my favorite! I love the Gladiator style…I want them! I swear bebe makes the best shoes.
Middle Picture: I like the color of the green bustier. It’s the kinda top you can wear out clubbin’ or under a jacket for a more sophisticated look. I love the plaid print skirt, and the belt is the icing on the cake. This set creates a perfect hourglass shape.
Right Picture: Basically, I love the shirt. I like the smocked waist, and I think the shirt would be perfect for a day at the beach…it’s so cute. Surprisingly, I like the high-waisted jeans, before I cringed whenever I saw high-wasted pants but now I’m starting to like them more and more. I think it depends on what shirt is worn with them. In this case, I think it all goes together perfectly, and the green belt adds color.
I want these sunglasses from the catalog. I love the shape, color, and the Swarovski Crystal design! They’re a bit pricey at $139 dollars, but I’ve been wanting a pair of expensive sunglasses for a long time. I don’t think I’ve ever own a pair over $20 bucks! I guess I’ve always thought it was stupid to spend a lot on sunglasses when they get thrown around and scuffed up anyway. I’ve also managed to lose a few pairs over the years.
I was checking my clubbebe account and I was surprised to see that my lifetime points are only at 865, I get a point every dollar I spend. That means I’ve only spent $865 dollars at bebe over the past three years. I don’t think it’s that much for three years, but then I figured it’s not like I go to bebe that much, and 865 dollars is a lot of money. I think it’s cool they show you your lifetime points earned. If you’re wondering what clubbebe is, it’s basically the brands award card like so many other stores have. Once you get 250 points you earn a $10 dollar reward off your next purchase. It’s nice to get the $10 dollars off when something is already on sale.
I love bebe. I have ever since I’ve been in middle school. Besides making the best clothes, shoes, and accessories a lot of their stuff is made in the U.S.A and that is hard to come by these days. I need to make my way out to the Orlando outlets soon…maybe a new outfit from bebe will be my birthday present to myself? Two more days and I turn 23.
xoxo,Crystal
