Finally…my site is back!
Oh! oh! My sites back! I think I wet my pants.
So, my hosting company officially sucks. My website was down for five days, and I was flipping out! I felt so empty without my blog, I know that’s a little sad, but it’s true. The internet is kinda boring when my site is down.
Anyway, I’m thinking of switching host. I’m just scared of transferring all my files, I’ve never done it before. Also, James and I have around $1,400 dollars in bills due so I wouldn’t be able to pay for new hosting right now. But… my site going down seems like a monthly ordeal, so I’m going to have to switch eventually.
Maybe I can change my domain name? Should I? I’m getting tired of the name miss-roboto.org. I don’t hate it or anything, but I think something new and fresh would be nice. I wish I wouldn’t of had to switch from cry5tal.net I really liked that name. It’s just an idea…I probably won’t change my domain name. I hate having to ask everyone to update their links!

Sexy photo and glad to see you back. I’m not sure who does cheap hosting, but good luck. I like your site name, but I suppose you could get away withs something more scandalous sounding.

Yay youre back. I tried to come to your site twice to check for updates, grr. I’m with bluehost, I love’em. Im seriously thinking about a new domain name too, but still torn on names.

LOLOL! I feel the same way. There is something missing, and then I realize it is because I haven’t blogged!! Lol. Glad its back! Love the photo! You look beautiful!

If you change domain names, it’d be easy to change your link. Just saying
But I like miss-roboto. I’m also tired of ditz-rev, but I’m kinda attached to it.

Thanks for your comment Crystal. For the most part, it’s been okay with PS especially when Anna took over, but she has sold the company to some guy named Kevin. I didn’t appreciate the fact that we weren’t given any heads up of what happened. NOT even one email afterwards either. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I was really ticked off about that and had to email Anna to see if she knew anything. Thankfully she did even though she has nothing to do with it anymore.
I’m thinking about switching hosts as well. The sad thing is I just paid for another year of hosting just last month. But nevertheless I heard about VoNetwork.net (I think that’s the url), and signed up for their $12/yr hosting just to test the waters. I have one domain there already and am thinking about switching a few more of my smaller sites over. That why if they are good, I’ll end up getting more space and bandwidth and then transfer the remaining over.
Good luck with finding another host if you choose to do so too. It’s never a good sign when a hosting company doesn’t have communication with the customers or is down more often than not.

Send me an e-mail and let me know how much space and bandwidth your site uses. I have way too much of both and would be happy to host you for free if I can. The one downside is that my hosting company doesn’t allow add-on domains to have their own control panels. Or, check out Surpass, which is who I am with. For $6 a month I get 200 GB of space and 2,000 GB of bandwidth. I’ve never ever once had my site go down either. Not even after I switched debit cards, and they weren’t able to bill me for 3 months before I even noticed.
Oh man, cry5tal.net is one of the few domain names that has really stuck with me over the years. It’s crazy how that works sometimes.

some hosting really do sucks.. if we just have enough money to buy the hardwares, we will certainly create our own servers someday
