I’m such an idiot!
Whoever said I’m lucky for getting sunburned needs to shove it! lol. I’m so miserable, my face is all swelled up, and so is my right hand. I got burnt worse on the right side of my body so I’m generally more swelled on that side. I’m so ugly! I’m starting to resemble Sloth from the movie The Goonies:
Eek! Look how small my one eye looks from being swollen!
ROFL! Well… at least I have a good sense of humor, and I don’t mind posting embarrassing photos of myself!
I’m such a hypochondriac though, I was telling James that because my forehead is swelled up I’m afraid my eyes are going to fall out of my head. I read online that it happens to people with Rosacea? I would probably go to the doctors if I had a fever and felt sick but I haven’t been experiencing either. I am a little scared though, I read on some forums that swelling means sun poisoning! But like I’ve already said I’m not sick or anything so I should be okay right?
The lesson to be learned; never go to a beach for four hours in the Florida sun without tanning lotion or sunscreen. It’s not my fault though, I really had no clue where we were going on the boat that day. I thought we were going to Shepards and they have places to go under that block out the sun.

It isn’t great that you’re sunburnt, but I would rather be burnt than staring out at rain and hovered over my space heater.

I agree with you. I hate sunburn, maybe it’s because I live on an island where there’s hot sun for more than 3/4 of the year.
People eyes fall out of their head? Weird. I do hope you feel better soon though. Don’t worry about it. I try avoid staying in the sun too much or even if I go to the beach. Ugh, I hate it.

aww, my mom and my one brother get sun poisoning because they’re very pale. When they get it, it’s sunburn with little bumps all over and they just take tylenol to help. lol, their eyes do not fall out of their head though
