The new homestead
I know I haven’t wrote in over a week…I’ve been having horrible migraines everyday, so when I do get on the computer I only feel like checking my email then getting off. I’ve also been kind of busy, we moved into a house last week so I’ve just been trying to get situated and get some cleaning done. I never explained the story about the house…James and I used to live in it with the owner—but he moved to New Jersey and is letting us stay here basically for free while he tries to sell it (lets it go into foreclosure). The house is never going to sell because he owes a lot and is asking to high of a price. I guess it takes between 6-12+ months for banks to take houses back, so we have some time to save up some cash before we have to get out. Even though it’s not our house, I still think it’s fun to share it with only the boyfriend. Plus, I can do whatever I want with it. I can get creative with decorating and gardening!! I shot a video of myself giving a tour of the house. Please don’t think I’m stoned in it, I’m simply not good at talking on videos—it’s like talking to yourself. I mumble a lot and sound like Paris Hilton at times but the beginning makes me LOL. There goes my dream of being a talk show host—I’d put people to sleep for sure!
I’m going to try and start posting more frequently. Right now my main focus is trying to find a job so I don’t have to deal with the boyfriend screaming at me 24/7.

OOOh!! The new crib! I think it’s cool that you get to stay in a house for free!!! I wish I can move in with the boyfriend too. LOL! But nahhh.. not right now really. Haha!!

You’re new place is SO cute! I love houses that are pretty much a blank slate because there’s so much you can do with them.
<3: The tile (I think it might be travertine), the Corona lamp, the master bathroom, the pup, and the shower curtain in the main bathroom! LMAO I had the same one forever! I think I got it at Target or something.

Donny and I laughed so hard at your intro. LOVE IT!
The stand your Corona lamp is on, we have. We also have the same lamp and I think the same dish soap. Anyways… fun video. You should do more video posts. Like, do fashion, makeup and doll posts with video.
Donny wants a camcorder to do an apartment tour now.

OMG girl you are too cute! And congrats on the new house! I was just sitting in my room earlier and was just thinking I need to get my own place soon because I own too much stuff (mostly stuff I don’t need) and I’ll have nowhere to store it at my parents’ house soon.

First off, congrats on moving into a house, even if it isn’t yours! It’s a good chance to save money, that’s for sure
Ugh, migraines are the WORST! My mother and my brother get them all the time, but I have only had it once and it was one of the worst pains I’ve ever experienced in my life! Hopefully they go away soon!
I loved the video, especially “Crystal’s new crib” ha ha.
